Welcome to ROUTIQ.EV! ROUTIQ.EV provides access to its website and smartphone app to you, subject to the conditions set out on this page. By using the ROUTIQ.EV platform, you signify your consent to be bound by these conditions.
ROUTIQ.EV provides an online platform which connects Users with Third Party Charging Point Operators ("CPOs") and Vendors of electric vehicle charging facilities, as an intermediary or facilitator only. ROUTIQ.EV itself does not provide any goods or services to the User, nor does it control the mode or manner of provision of any goods or service.
This is a legal contract between you and ROUTIQ.EV (owned and operated by AITREV Q Private Limited, B-48, Rajajinagar Industrial Estate, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru – 560010, Karnataka).
1.Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
- You may only hold one active account. Creating duplicate or fraudulent accounts may result in immediate suspension.
- ROUTIQ.EV reserves the right to refuse access, terminate accounts, or remove content at any time without notice.
- ROUTIQ.EV is required by law to retain all User registration information for 180 days after account closure.
2.Privacy Policy & Data
- This section constitutes ROUTIQ.EV's Privacy Policy as required under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
- Consent: By using the platform, you agree to the collection, transfer, use, storage, disclosure, and sharing of your information as described here.
- Information Collected:
- Account Data: Name, mobile number, email address, vehicle type, and EV model (where provided), to personalise your experience.
- Location Data: Real-time GPS location is collected while using the app to show nearby stations. Location data is not stored beyond the active session unless you opt into journey history.
- Session Data: Station ID, session duration, energy consumed (kWh), cost, connector type, and payment method — used for billing accuracy, session history, and analytics.
- Device & App Data: Device model, OS version, app version, and crash logs, collected to maintain platform stability.
- Payment Data: ROUTIQ.EV does not store card or bank details. Payment data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway partner.
- Aggregated Analytics: De-identified, aggregated session data may be used for network analytics and CPO reporting. This data cannot identify individual users.
- How We Use Your Data:
- To facilitate charging sessions, process payments, and provide receipts.
- To display real-time station availability, pricing, and charger status from CPO networks.
- To improve platform features, conduct internal analytics, and develop new services.
- To send transactional communications (confirmations, session summaries, receipts).
- To send promotional communications — which you may opt out of at any time.
- To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and government or court orders.
- Data Sharing: We may share your data with CPO partners (session data only), payment processors, cloud providers, analytics vendors, and law enforcement where required. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing.
- Data Retention: Session data is retained for 12 months for billing and dispute purposes. Account data is retained for 180 days post-closure.
- Your Rights: You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by writing to contact@routiqev.in. Deletion requests may limit access to certain features.

3.Platform for Communication
- ROUTIQ.EV enables you to locate, access, and transact with Third Party CPOs and Vendors. ROUTIQ.EV is only an intermediary and is not a party to any transaction between you and a CPO or Vendor.
- ROUTIQ.EV does not assume any liability for the availability, quality, punctuality, or performance of charging services, which rest solely with the respective CPO or Vendor.
- Any contract for charging services or related goods is a bipartite agreement between you and the Third Party Vendor.
4.Real-Time Data & Station Availability
- Station availability, charger status, and pricing shown on ROUTIQ.EV are sourced in real-time from CPO networks via OCPI (Open Charge Point Interface) and other integrations. This data is provided on a best-effort basis.
- ROUTIQ.EV does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of station data. Actual availability, pricing, and charger status may differ due to CPO-side data latency, equipment downtime, or connectivity issues beyond ROUTIQ.EV's control.
- You acknowledge that ROUTIQ.EV is dependent on upstream data feeds from CPO partners and cannot be held liable for discrepancies between displayed and actual station conditions.
- ROUTIQ.EV shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or cost incurred by relying on station data that subsequently proves inaccurate.
5.Multi-CPO Aggregation & Pricing
- ROUTIQ.EV aggregates stations across multiple CPOs. Each CPO independently sets and controls its own pricing and tariff structure. ROUTIQ.EV does not set, fix, or guarantee CPO pricing.
- Pricing shown (per kWh, per minute, session fee, etc.) is as communicated by the respective CPO. ROUTIQ.EV may charge a platform convenience fee, which will be disclosed clearly at the time of transaction.
- By initiating a session, you agree to the CPO's pricing terms for that session in addition to any applicable ROUTIQ.EV platform fee.
- ROUTIQ.EV reserves the right to update its platform fee structure with reasonable prior notice.
6.Charging Session Initiation & Responsibility
- When you initiate a session via ROUTIQ.EV, you confirm that you have physically verified the correct connector type and compatibility with your vehicle before starting.
- Once a session is started, it is your responsibility to monitor it. ROUTIQ.EV is not responsible for the physical conduct of the session.
- If a session fails to start or stops unexpectedly due to equipment failure or CPO-side issues, contact ROUTIQ.EV support. Refunds for failed sessions will be processed per Section 21.
- You must not leave your vehicle unattended beyond your session time. CPO-levied overstay charges are your sole responsibility.
- ROUTIQ.EV is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle, charging equipment, or third-party property arising from improper connection, equipment malfunction, or user error.
7.Access to ROUTIQ.EV
We will do our utmost to ensure uninterrupted platform availability. However, access may occasionally be suspended for maintenance, updates, or new features without prior notice. We will minimise the frequency and duration of any such interruptions.
8.Licence for Platform Access
- ROUTIQ.EV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- You may not reproduce, duplicate, sell, or exploit any portion of the platform or its contents without express written consent.
- Use of data mining tools, bots, scrapers, or automated systems to extract data from the platform is strictly prohibited.
9.Your Conduct
As mandated under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you shall not upload or share content that is defamatory, obscene, harmful to children, infringing of intellectual property rights, threatening to national security, impersonates another person, or contains malicious code. Non-compliance may result in immediate suspension and legal action.
10.Reviews & Content
Users may post station reviews and ratings provided they are accurate, not defamatory, and comply with applicable law. By posting content, you grant ROUTIQ.EV a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable right to use, adapt, and distribute such content. ROUTIQ.EV may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.
11.Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content on the ROUTIQ.EV platform — including the brand name, logo, trademarks, UI design, software, algorithms, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of AITREV Q Private Limited, protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use may attract legal action.
12.Disclaimer
- You access the services at your own risk. ROUTIQ.EV is not liable for any actions or inactions of Third Party CPOs or Vendors.
- ROUTIQ.EV disclaims any warranties in respect of quality, suitability, accuracy, reliability, or performance of any products or services on the platform.
- ROUTIQ.EV does not guarantee that any station displayed will be functional or accessible at the time of your visit.
- No right, title, or interest in any product or service transacted through the platform vests with ROUTIQ.EV.
13.Indemnity & Release
You shall indemnify and hold harmless ROUTIQ.EV, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or legal action arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law; or (c) any damage or injury caused during or arising from a charging session initiated through the platform.
14.Facilitation of Electric Vehicle Charging
- ROUTIQ.EV does not own, operate, or manage any EV charging infrastructure. All charging equipment is owned and operated exclusively by the respective CPO.
- The CPO is solely responsible for the safety, maintenance, certification, and operation of its infrastructure in accordance with applicable laws and standards (BIS/ARAI/CEA).
- Any liability for damage, injury, or loss arising from the physical use of charging equipment rests solely with the CPO.
15.Facilitation of Goods & Services
ROUTIQ.EV does not sell or supply goods or services directly. All goods and services accessible via the platform are offered by Third Party Vendors. ROUTIQ.EV is not liable for the quantity, quality, delivery, warranty, or cancellation of any such goods or services.
16.Children
The ROUTIQ.EV platform is available only to persons capable of forming a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors (under 18 years) may only use the platform with the active involvement and full responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.
17.Communications
By registering on ROUTIQ.EV, you consent to receive transactional communications (session confirmations, payment receipts, booking alerts) via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or push notifications. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time. Transactional communications cannot be opted out of as they are necessary for platform functionality.
18.Losses
ROUTIQ.EV shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss — including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, vehicle damage, or personal injury — arising from your use of the platform or any service accessed through it.
19.ROUTIQ Wallet & ROUTIQ Pass
- ROUTIQ Wallet: A Closed System Prepaid Payment Instrument usable exclusively for transactions on the ROUTIQ.EV platform. Cash withdrawal is not permitted. Wallet balance does not expire while your account is active. Upon account closure, any remaining balance may be refunded to the original payment source subject to verification.
- Wallet Top-Up: Top-ups are subject to applicable RBI limits for closed-system prepaid instruments. ROUTIQ.EV may set maximum wallet balance limits per regulatory requirements.
- ROUTIQ Pass: A subscription-based membership offering tiered access to promotions, discounts, and priority features. Once purchased, the ROUTIQ Pass cannot be cancelled before the membership period ends. No refunds will be issued for early cancellation.
- ROUTIQ.EV reserves the right to modify Wallet and Pass features, pricing, or terms with reasonable prior notice.
20.Third-Party Payment Gateway
- Payments on ROUTIQ.EV are processed through a third-party payment gateway (currently Razorpay). By making a payment, you agree to the terms and privacy policy of the applicable payment gateway.
- ROUTIQ.EV does not store, process, or access your full payment card details. All payment data is handled by the gateway in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
- For payment failures, double charges, or erroneous deductions, contact contact@routiqev.in. ROUTIQ.EV will coordinate with the payment gateway to investigate and resolve within 7 working days.
- ROUTIQ.EV is not liable for losses arising from payment gateway failures, bank-side delays, or technical errors outside ROUTIQ.EV's control.
21.Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations
- Cancellation within 1 hour 30 minutes of a booked slot: 25% cancellation charge.
- Cancellation between 1 hour 30 minutes and 3 hours 30 minutes before the slot: flat ₹50/- charge.
- Cancellation more than 3 hours 30 minutes before the slot: no cancellation fee.
Refunds
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of request.
- If you cannot complete a session due to equipment malfunction, power outage, or CPO fault, a refund will be issued for the unused portion after deducting energy consumed.
- Refunds for failed payment transactions will be credited to the original payment source within 5–7 working days, subject to bank processing timelines.
- No refunds will be issued for successfully completed sessions, regardless of satisfaction with charging speed or outcome.
22.Platform Intelligence Features
- ROUTIQ.EV may offer intelligent recommendations, station rankings, or contextual suggestions generated from aggregated real-time network data. These are for informational purposes only.
- Platform recommendations do not constitute a guarantee of station availability, charging speed, or service quality. ROUTIQ.EV is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on platform-generated suggestions.
- Intelligence features are continually evolving. ROUTIQ.EV may add, modify, or remove such features at any time.
- Data used to power platform intelligence is anonymised and aggregated. No individually identifiable user data is used in recommendation logic without your explicit consent.
23.Account Suspension & Misuse
- ROUTIQ.EV may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you are found to be: manipulating station data; initiating fraudulent sessions; abusing the refund or cancellation policy; creating multiple accounts; or violating any provision of these Terms.
- Wallet balance in a suspended account will be frozen during investigation. If the suspension is found unjustified, balance and access will be restored promptly.
- Terminated accounts may not be re-registered without explicit approval from ROUTIQ.EV.
- ROUTIQ.EV reserves the right to report fraudulent activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
24.Amendments
ROUTIQ.EV may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification, email, or SMS at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
25.Events Beyond Our Control
ROUTIQ.EV shall not be responsible for failure or delay due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including: Acts of God; power grid failures; CPO network or equipment outages; telecommunications or internet infrastructure failure; government orders or regulatory action; public health emergencies; or civil unrest. ROUTIQ.EV will endeavour to restore services as quickly as practicable.
26.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from use of the ROUTIQ.EV platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Both parties shall first attempt good-faith resolution before initiating formal legal proceedings.

B.Conditions of Sale
Between Third Party CPOs / Vendors / Service Providers and the User
The Conditions of Sale is a bipartite legal contract between You and the Third Party CPO/Vendor. References to "us", "we", or "Service Provider" relate to the third party — NOT ROUTIQ.EV.
1. Conditions Relating to Sale
The sale of any goods or service may be subject to further terms in the CPO's or Vendor's own documentation. In case of conflict, the CPO/Vendor's terms prevail for that transaction.
2. Our Contract
Your booking is an offer to purchase the service. The contract is concluded when the service is rendered or the product dispatched, confirmed by a communication to you.
3. Payment and Taxes
You are responsible for all fees and applicable taxes (GST, etc.) for goods or services procured through the platform. You authorise ROUTIQ.EV to collect applicable payments on behalf of the CPO or Vendor as a payment facilitator.
4. Overstay & Misuse at Stations
Any charges levied by a CPO for overstay, cable blocking, misuse of equipment, or violation of station-specific rules are solely your responsibility and are not covered under ROUTIQ.EV's refund or dispute policy.
5. Governing Law
These conditions are governed by the laws of India.
